As an Administrative and Accounting Assistant at Q-LEAP, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the company by providing administrative, accounting and organizational support.
Mission:
Your main responsibilities include :
- Accounting and financial monitoring: entry and monitoring of customer and supplier invoices, monitoring of payments, control of financial documents, assistance in preparing co-financing and internal reports.
- Administrative and office management: tracking supplies and equipment, organizing internal events, managing mail and archives.
- IT support and internal tools: assistance with the systems used by the company (Odoo, Office 365), hardware management and liaison with external partners.
- Training and onboarding: organizing training sessions and exams, assisting new employees with their integration and monitoring departures.
- Contribute to team cohesion and atmosphere: be an accessible point of contact for employees, facilitate the integration of new arrivals and support internal initiatives that strengthen the bond between colleagues.
Profile required:
- Administrative and accounting experience.
- Organized, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit, with a real pleasure in interacting with colleagues.
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Office 365); knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
