To support Q-Leap's growth, we are looking for a Digital Accessibility Test Engineer.
As aDigital Accessibility Expert, you will play a central role in helping our customers achieve sustainable compliance for their digital platforms. You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from the initial diagnosis to the testing and implementation phases, including strategy, governance and acculturation of internal teams.
Your missions:
Diagnosis and Strategic Definition
- Take stock of the accessibility of websites, mobile applications and digital documents.
- Identify major risks and priorities for action in relation to business and user issues.
- Define a compliance strategy with stakeholders: objectives, deadlines, means.
- Formalize an operational accessibility roadmap (action plan by scope, control milestones, key players).
Implementation & Governance
- Propose and structure digital accessibility governance (roles, responsibilities, quality processes).
- Support the implementation of tools, processes and best practices (checklists, models, templates, documentation).
- Train, coach and raise awareness of accessibility among project, IT and business teams.
- Contribute to the construction of KPIs and dashboards for monitoring compliance.
Accessibility Audit and Testing
- Define the target repository and the level of compliance to be achieved (RGAA, WCAG, RaWEB…).
- Develop and plan manual and automated accessibility tests.
- Conduct accessibility audits of digital interfaces:
- Identify critical pages and routes to test.
- Control test load.
- Use appropriate tools (Lighthouse, axe, WAVE, NVDA, etc.).
- Write clear, actionable reports with prioritized recommendations.
- Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers and project managers, to ensure that corrections are properly taken into account.
Internal ambassador role
- Promote a culture of accessibility within our teams.
- Maintain an active watch on industry standards, tools and innovations.
- Participate in internal working groups or communities on digital inclusion.
Your journey
- You have a degree in information systems at Bac+3 or Bac+5 level.
- You have at least initial experience of auditing and reporting in accordance with RaWEB or RGAA standards.
- Knowledge of RAAM would be appreciated.
- Experience in testing mobile applications would be appreciated
- You have a perfect command of French. Any other language would be an asset.
