As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be instrumental in transforming our testing processes by designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test suites… Your primary goal will be to accelerate testing cycles and ensure the continuous high quality of our banking payment applications.

Key Responsibilities (if you accept...)

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current state (‘AS IS’) of our non-production environments.
  • Establish a centralised environment schedule to organise usage and avoid conflicts.
  • Identify critical issues (slow performance, unavailability, conflicts).
  • Identify critical issues (performance slowdowns, unavailability, conflicts) and manage the implementation of quick fixes.
  • Document rules for using environments and best practices to ensure continuity and avoid inefficiencies.
  • Implement a clear and accessible booking system to streamline the allocation of environments.
  • Governance and continuous improvement.
  • Define clear rules for environment governance (data copies, batch execution, prioritization, duration of use, configuration updates).
  • Consolidate detailed mapping of applications and systems by environment to provide a clear overview of their usage and interdependencies (based on the CMDB platform).

Your background

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing multiple environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PREPROD, PROD).
  • Good knowledge of mainframe environments and their management (LPARs architecture, MQs, DB2 management, JCL process automation, REXX, CICS, etc.).
  • Implementation of an environment reservation system (ServiceNow, Jira, or customised solutions).
  • Good knowledge of test management processes (ISTQB, TMAP, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Organization of regular meetings with user teams (Development, Test,
  • Infrastructure, Data) to improve environment management and efficiency.
  • Leadership and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Analytical mind and solution-oriented approach.
