  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current state (‘AS IS’) of our non-production environments.<\/li>
  • Establish a centralised environment schedule to organise usage and avoid conflicts.<\/li>
  • Identify critical issues (slow performance, unavailability, conflicts).<\/li>
  • Identify critical issues (performance slowdowns, unavailability, conflicts) and manage the implementation of quick fixes.<\/li>
  • Document rules for using environments and best practices to ensure continuity and avoid inefficiencies.<\/li>
  • Implement a clear and accessible booking system to streamline the allocation of environments.<\/li>
  • Governance and continuous improvement.<\/li>
  • Define clear rules for environment governance (data copies, batch execution, prioritization, duration of use, configuration updates).<\/li>
  • Consolidate detailed mapping of applications and systems by environment to provide a clear overview of their usage and interdependencies (based on the CMDB platform).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>
    • Experience in managing multiple environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PREPROD, PROD).<\/li>
    • Good knowledge of mainframe environments and their management (LPARs architecture, MQs, DB2 management, JCL process automation, REXX, CICS, etc.).<\/li>
    • Implementation of an environment reservation system (ServiceNow, Jira, or customised solutions).<\/li>
    • Good knowledge of test management processes (ISTQB, TMAP, etc.).<\/li>
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<\/li>
    • Organization of regular meetings with user teams (Development, Test,<\/li>
    • Infrastructure, Data) to improve environment management and efficiency.<\/li>
    • Leadership and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.<\/li>
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders.<\/li>
