With decades of experience, we efficiently meet the needs of a wide range of customers (business, tourism, charter, etc.). Its reputation is built on its commitment to quality, innovation and solid customer service. The company plays a key role in the Grand Duchy&#8217;s aviation and tourism sectors.<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1 &#8211; Challenge<\/h5>\n<p>Faced with the rapid expansion of a major airline&#8217;s online activities, maintaining the quality and reliability of its customer portals has become a major challenge. Here are the main initiatives implemented:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Scrum-friendly approach<\/strong>: Design of a test methodology aligned with agile development practices using the Scrum methodology.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automation strategy<\/strong>: Implementation of a test automation strategy using modern tools such as Drupal, Jenkins, Gitlab, Jira, Angular and Selenium.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extensive coverage<\/strong>: Automation of over 300 test scenarios, ensuring daily execution to maintain website and booking engine quality.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Early detection of faults<\/strong>: Rapid identification of faults thanks to automation, enabling effective corrections.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integration of key tools<\/strong>: Use of tools such as Selenium for automated testing and Jira for bug tracking, guaranteeing an integrated approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By working closely with this customer, we have reinforced confidence in the quality and performance of our customer portals.
