Organizations that build quality products right from the start can devote their resources to innovating for their next opportunities. Those who build poor-quality products have to use their resources to respond to unhappy customers and repair faulty products. Although the correct choice seems obvious, many still don’t understand it.<\/p>\n

About the author: Koray Yitmen is a board member of the local chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), president of the local chapter of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) and president of the local chapter of the User Experience Professionals’ Association (UXPA).
