To support Q-Leap's growth, we are looking for a Junior Test Consultant
We’re looking for a Junior Test Consultant to join our dynamic team. Working on behalf of our customers, and under the supervision of a Test Manager, you will take part in setting up and running tests to guarantee the quality of IT products and services on various projects for our customers.
Your mission (... if you accept) :
- Participate in the development and execution of functional, performance and regression tests on various customer projects.
- Write test plans and test cases in close collaboration with technical and functional teams.
- Identify, track and communicate anomalies detected during test phases.
- Work directly with the Test Manager to ensure that tests comply with customer requirements and deliverables.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies in a varied project environment.
Your journey
- Bac +3 or equivalent diploma, preferably in a field related to IT or Testing.
- Knowledge and understanding of the testing business, acquired through specialized training, internships, personal projects or professional retraining. A first experience in the field, even in the form of a personal project or internship, would be a plus.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English and French. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is an asset.
- ISTQB Foundation certification (or in process) is highly desirable.
- Analytical skills, rigor, autonomy and team spirit.
