To support Q-Leap's growth, we are looking for a Senior Test Engineer
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will contribute to the creation of test processes, the management of test projects, and quality assurance for our customers. You will collaborate with other senior test consultants to expand our range of services. Within a project, you will have the opportunity to play roles such as Program Test Manager, Test Assessor, Trainer or Coach.
Your mission (... if you accept) :
- Efficiently carry out all tasks defined in a project role, in compliance with company processes and procedures.
- Perform internal tasks, such as improving ISO procedures, acquiring new testing knowledge, training, and creating Proof of Concepts.
- Conduct research, surveys and interviews to better understand the company.
- Lead test teams and create plans and strategies.
- Manage requirements gathering, create scenarios, scripts and test cases, and execute tests.

Establish processes to optimize testing and minimize budget expenditure.

Participate in the review of test deliverables, assess and manage risks, ensure quality, write reports and establish schedules.

Coordinate individuals and teams, identify test automation opportunities, plan development and choose the right tools.

Thoroughly document test results.
Your journey
- Education required: Master’s level or equivalent experience of at least 3 years in consultancy.

ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification required.

At least 1 year’s experience as a tester across the entire application lifecycle.

At least 7 years’ experience in developing plans, scenarios and executing tests, with thorough documentation of results.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in developing test strategies for large-scale programs and traceability of requirements throughout the development cycle.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in test management in all phases: system, integration, user acceptance and performance testing.

Advanced mastery of standard test methodologies and tools.

Proven experience in applying best practices in test planning and execution, with a strong ability to get management buy-in for changes.
