In the ever-changing landscape of software testing, Q-Guard offers a unique automation solution .
Its main objective is to reduce the test case creation process by identifying real user behavior on applications. Based on this behavior, it automatically generates test cases that can then be executed.
This product is the result of the collaborative efforts of Q-leap’s Innovation team, led by Sylvain Perez, CEO of Q-Leap & Product Owner of Q-Guard. A product born in the offices of Q-Leap and 100% made in Luxembourg !
Recently, two new collaborators, Jonathan Lopez and Ritabrata Banerjee, joined the adventure alongside Sylvain Perez. An accomplished front-end developer and an experienced back-end developer. Together, they propelled the Q-Guard project to a version now available on-premise in Luxembourg. Let’s explore their experiences and find out who’s behind the development of our product.

Jonathan Lopez
Front-End Developer
Meet Jonathan Lopez, the creative force behind Q-Guard’s user experiences. A former graphic designer turned front-end developer, Jonathan is passionate about creating, coding, debugging and maintaining websites. With his user-centric approach, he ensures that every detail enhances the overall experience. Now a member of the Q-Guard team, he brings his design and front-end development skills to bear with creativity and precision.
Ritabrata Banerjee Backend Developer
On the back-end front, Ritabrata Banerjee brings many years of development experience and a passion for the technologies that power Q-Guard. His logical thinking and contributions laid a solid foundation for the application. Mastering Java for monoliths and Spring Boot for microservices, he also excels in Python 3, Apache Kafka, Artemis and Jenkins. Passionate about challenges, Ritabrata leads systems development and collaborates with DevOps teams. Today, as a developer for Q-Guard, he drives innovation in product development.

Collaboration between front-end and back-end development and Product Owner Sylvain Perez are key to Q-Guard’s success.
Working hand in hand, Sylvain, Jonathan and Ritabrata overcome challenges by fostering communication and using their respective skills. This synergy ensures that front-end design integrates seamlessly with back-end functionality, offering users a consistent and efficient experience.
But as software testing experts, testing is definitely behind each and every one of our projects, and at Q-Guard, we have Yousra Aboumejd who takes care of product testing in collaboration with the development team.

The official launch of Q-Guard is scheduled for the very near future. In the meantime, a demo and an on-premise version are already available for users to discover its exceptional capabilities. This product, 100% made in Luxembourg, represents a significant advance in the field of test automation.
