We are proud to announce that Q-Leap will be taking part in this year’s DuoDay, organized by ADEM, this Thursday, November 21, 2024. This event reflects our commitment to a more inclusive society and a world of work open to all.
DuoDay is a European initiative promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace. For one day, a disabled person forms a “duo” with a professional from our company. This partnership enables these talents to :
- Discover a profession in an inclusive working environment,
- Acquire new skills and boost their confidence,
- Explore career opportunities tailored to their aspirations.
Our commitment to CSR
At Q-Leap, we believe that inclusion and diversity enrich our organization. Our participation in DuoDay is part of a broader approach to corporate social responsibility, aimed at :
- Reduce inequalities by promoting access to employment for people with disabilities,
