Software Testing Consultant-Trainer

Job description

We are looking for a Software Testing Consultant Trainer with excellent pedagogical skills and a passion for skill development in the field. The candidate will be involved in advisory missions, particularly in the strategy, design, and execution of tests, while playing a crucial role as a trainer in our training programs.

Your mission:

• Develop innovative training programs tailored to the specific needs of clients
• Design and update training materials.
• Stay constantly informed about developments in the field of software testing to incorporate the latest trends into the catalog.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions, both in-person and remotely.
• Provide constructive feedback and ongoing assessments to optimize learning.
• Participate in and undertake occasional advisory missions in the testing domain for our clients (strategy, design, test execution).

Your profile

• You have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a qualification in computer science.
• You are ISTQB certified.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in software quality, focusing on both functional and automated aspects.
• You are proficient with testing tools such as HP ALM, Selenium, JIRA, or other similar test management tools.
• You understand and master various approaches and techniques used in testing.
• You have prior experience as a trainer.
• You are fluent in both French and English.
